This program is for managers & supervisors

Do you seem to have to fight for your point
aggressively, or ally with others, to win the
resources you need?

Do you feel that someone is continually
taking advantage of you?

Do you struggle to get what you want from
people whose help you need, but over whom you
little direct authority?

If you answered YES to these questions, then you
may need to brush up on your win-win negotiation
skills.  Attend this program to find solutions that
are acceptable to both parties-solutions that can
leave both parties feeling that they've won.

Spirit Lake Campus, room 129 from
9am to 11am

Orginally from Remsen, Iowa, Danika has

moving to Nashville, Danika's distinctive
style is what sets her apart from the
typical country act.  Lyrically grounded in
country music, yet unafraid to think outside
the box melodically, Danika phrases things in
a way that grabs the listener and makes them
want more.

Ticket details will be forthcoming.
