Spencer is nestled in Clay County, Iowa and is the hub of northwest Iowa where highways 71 and 18 converge and the Little Sioux and Ocheyedan Rivers meet. It is a community of approximately 11,500 people and boasts two historic districts. It is an inviting city that includes great shopping, wonderful restaurants, beautiful parks and trails, modern lodging facilities and a GRAND quality of life.
